| Based at Crown's state-of-the-art R&D facility in southwest suburban Chicago, Engineer will be responsible for managing R&D projects from conception to commercialization. This includes analyzing or conceptualizing a new product, designing of tooling for slide press /transfer press, the production of detailed drawings using 2D and 3D CAD tools ( Autocad & Solidworks), arranging the manufacture of components with vendors, pilot line trials and product testing in the development of new packaging concepts and in the analysis of products and packaging materials. |
