What does Crown look for in entry level R&D professionals?

A four-year degree in disciplines such as engineering, chemistry, or related majors and a strong willingness to become involved directly in the day to day operations that support our manufacturing and business operations. RD&E supports all of Crowns product divisions with exposure to the entire manufacturing operation from beginning to end. We have found that this is a great training ground for our new hires and this type of training prepares them well for their next career move and beyond.
