What does Crown look for in entry level R&D professionals?
A four-year degree in disciplines such as engineering, chemistry, or related majors and a strong willingness to become involved directly in the day to day operations that support our manufacturing and business operations. RD&E supports all of Crowns product divisions with exposure to the entire manufacturing operation from beginning to end. We have found that this is a great training ground for our new hires and this type of training prepares them well for their next career move and beyond. The right candidate needs to be confident and self-motivated with proven interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality. The ability to deal effectively with employees at all levels of the organization is critical. They must be able to function effectively in both a team and individual environment with persistence and an attention to detail.
