CROWN Americas supplies billions of cans each year to the leading consumer product companies throughout North and South America. With over $3.0 Billion in annual sales, the Americas is comprised of 40 domestic facilities specializing in Aerosol, Beverage, Closures, Food & Specialty packaging. To help us support and continue our market growth, we are seeking Sales Trainees to learn and grow within our dynamic organization.
Your CROWN career will begin with a 18-24 month orientation period that would include an assignment in Customer Service / Inside Sales and travel time with Field Sales. While all of our training programs are tailored to each individual and their position, the training period could also include interface with our Corporate Technologies Division, the Manufacturing Plants, our Graphics group as well as Finance and Production Planning.
The goal of the orientation period is to provide you with the knowledge and experience to help you transition into an effective and successful Account Manager. At the conclusion of this initial training period you would then be assigned to a field location that could be in any one of a number of our regions within the United States.
