What does Crown look for in Accounting professionals?

A four-year degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration is required.  Relevant experience gained through an internship or co-op position is preferred.  The right candidate must be able to function effectively in both a team and individual environment.  Persistence and an attention to detail are key to success in this field.  We require the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.  Proficiency in the Microsoft Word, Excel and Access is essential.
