What does Crown look for in Information Services professionals?

A four-year degree in an Information Systems related major is required for most positions.  Hands-on experience gained through an internship or other employment preferred.  We require the ability to manage multiple projects and carry them through their entire life cycle while meeting deadlines.  The right candidate must be able to function effectively in both a team and individual environment.  Excellent communication and customer relation skills are a must.  Persistence and an attention to detail are key to success in this field.  Most importantly, you need a passion for technology and the desire to succeed!
