What does Crown look for in Manufacturing & Production professionals?

A four-year degree in any one of the above disciplines or related areas, and a strong willingness to become involved directly in the day to day operations of their particular plant location.  The right candidate needs to be confident and self-motivated with proven interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality.  They must be able to function effectively in both a team and individual environment with persistence and attention to detail.  We require the ability to manage multiple projects and the ability to prioritize effectively.  Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
