What does Crown look for in Sales and Marketing professionals? A four-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Packaging Science is required. Relevant experience gained through an internship or full-time part-time position is preferred. The right candidate needs to be confident and self-motivated with proven interpersonal skills and an outgoing personality. They must be able to function effectively in both a team and individual environment with persistence and an attention to detail. We require the ability to manage multiple projects and the ability to prioritize effectively. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
